Registered Nurse (PCU) - Travel Assignment

Location: Johnstown, Pennsylvania
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Facility Overview

Tertiary care regional referral hospital with nationally recognized patient outcomes
Level 1 Trauma Center
Level 3 Regional Intensive Care Nursery
High-risk Obstetrical Care
Offers a wide range of specialties including Critical Care, Cardiology, Cancer Care, Maternity Care, Surgical Services, Trauma Services, and more

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Compliance and Screening Requirements

Complete and clear background screenings prior to start
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance required
Pennsylvania Department of Human Services fingerprinting required (must be submitted/uploaded before clearance)
FBI fingerprinting accepted if completed within last two years; otherwise, new fingerprinting required
Pennsylvania State Police Clearance (PATCH) required for employment (volunteer clearances not accepted)

Additional Information

Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
