Job Overview

Location: Crescent City, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule note: Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
ED - Emergency Department (5 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Pre-Start Requirements

Review and sign job description and conduct/orientation documents before start
Complete TB screening within 90 days of start
Complete physical exam within 1 year of start
Complete fit mask testing within 1 year of start
Complete a negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start
Complete respiratory safety clearance before start
Complete required immunization/documentation review before start

Additional Notes

Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred for RN positions
RN candidates may be asked to complete an Epic questionnaire starting 11/3/2025 and onward
