PACU Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Sacramento, California
Supports recovery services for OR, Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy, and cardiac in-patient/out-patient procedures, excluding open heart
May float to ICU if needed
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 9:30 AM–10:00 PM
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

Background check and health/documentation clearances are required before start
Unit-specific skills checklist is required
References are required by the staffing agency process, not by the client
Epic questionnaire is required for RN candidates starting 11/3/2025 and onward
