Description
PACU Registered Nurse
Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Sacramento, California
- Supports recovery services for OR, Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy, and cardiac in-patient/out-patient procedures, excluding open heart
- May float to ICU if needed
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 9:30 AM–10:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Notes
- Background check and health/documentation clearances are required before start
- Unit-specific skills checklist is required
- References are required by the staffing agency process, not by the client
- Epic questionnaire is required for RN candidates starting 11/3/2025 and onward
