Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiation Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
• 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• ARRT (T)
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• 7-year background check, including SS trace, county searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school, nationwide search, and sex offender search
• Wisconsin Caregiver Search Results
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity by positive titer or 2 vaccines
• Hepatitis B titer, series, or declination
• Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption during flu season
• 2 professional references verified within 2 years of start
• Photo for badge
