RN - Emergency Dept

Assignment Overview

Travel RN position in Round Rock, Texas
13-week contract
Night shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
36 hours per week
No call required
Rotating weekends

Unit Setting

Emergency Department
35 beds
Typical patient ratios: 4:1 or 3:1
Common procedures include trauma, stroke, STEMI, and moderate sedation

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse License
1 year of experience in the specialty
ACLS
BLS
Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
NIH Certification
PALS
TNCC

Preferred Qualifications

ENPC

Work Environment

High-energy environment with a busy pace
Navy scrubs for RNs

Additional Notes

Meditech is used for the electronic medical record system
