• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS

Experience / Knowledge

• Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions
• Knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests, learning and motivation, psychological research methods, and assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders
• Knowledge of principles and processes for customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, service quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation
• Knowledge of English language structure and content, including meaning and spelling of words, composition rules, and grammar
• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effects

Role Summary

• Provides physical therapy to patients from pediatric to geriatric
• Assesses patients, develops treatment plans, and administers therapy interventions
• Supports discharge planning and home exercise programs
• Documents patient care and maintains a safe, clean, and confidential care environment
