Case Manager

Job Overview

Location: Charlottesville, Virginia
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
Weekly hours: 40
Schedule notes: Every 4th weekend; every other holiday

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Case Management (1 year of experience)
Case Management experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
Acute Care experience

Additional Notes

Up to 40 hours of requested time off may be approved
Either travel experience or EPIC experience is acceptable for submission
