Job Overview
- Location: Sioux City, Iowa

Key Assignment Details
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Orientation is scheduled on Mondays.
- Patients are age 55+.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Iowa
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic
Experience
- Any years of previous experience accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
Scheduling Expectations
- Required to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
Additional Notes
- Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility
- Local candidates may be accepted in Madison with a 10% rate reduction
