CT Technologist

Job Overview

Location: Plymouth, Indiana
Employment type: Long-term assignment
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Schedule notes: Weekend call every 4th weekend, plus additional weekend work as needed to cover PTO requests

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of CT Technologist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT (CT)

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

Trinity profile including resume, skills checklist within the past year, and 2 professional references
2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot) within 1 year of start
Tdap
COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption with agency letterhead
MMR
Varicella
Hepatitis B
Annual TB questionnaire
Fit test within 1 year of start
Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
