Job Overview

Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Setting: Short-term acute care

Key Responsibilities

Treat orthopedic, neurologic, gait/balance, pain management, work comp, surgical, soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, gait training, neuro re-education, and manual therapy cases.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Additional Notes

First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted
Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
Cerner charting used
