Job Overview

• Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Employment type: Travel/contract
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Hours: 40 per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgery education, fracture care education, and other patient education
• Triage patient phone calls to prioritize care
• Manage PT/INRs for surgical patients before and after surgery
• Submit prescriptions as directed by the provider
• Complete and review FMLA, disability, and other forms for provider review
• Schedule surgeries

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Clinic experience within the last year
• 1 year of clinic experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
