Required Qualifications

CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (Radiography)
ARRT (CT)
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training
Driver's License

Key Skills and Experience

Registered CT technologist
Experience with stroke and trauma cases
Technical skill in medical scanning
Understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and 3-D knowledge
Computer skills, including PACS, HIS/RIS, QC, and workstations
Experience with power injectors and CPR

Work Environment

Performs diagnostic CT scans independently at a technical level
Transports patients when needed
Uses CT scanners, power injectors, workstations, and computers
Must be able to lift, move, and transport patients, stand and walk continuously, and adapt to stressful and emergent situations

Additional Notes

Flu vaccination or an approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1; declinations are not accepted
Evening shift orientation occurs on day shift and requires availability for the entire week
Black scrubs are required
