Job Overview

• Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 5x8s
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start dates: 8/10, 8/15, 8/27, 9/7

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Clinic experience within the last year
• 1 year of clinic experience
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Hiring Requirements

• 2 professional references verified within 2 years of start
• Background check required
• Wisconsin caregiver screening required within 90 days of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Drug screen required within 14 days before start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• Signed confidentiality statement before start
• Photo for badge required

• Local candidates are accepted at a lower rate within 50 miles
• If a flu shot is completed onsite, the worker is responsible for any out-of-pocket costs
