Job Overview

Location: Wilson, North Carolina
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Hours per week: 36
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Call: None
Orientation: Bi-weekly
Start dates: 7/6, 7/20, 8/3

Unit Details

Specialty: Med Surg
Setting: Adult and geriatric med-surg
Float requirement: Yes, as a second nurse to Tele and ED
Patient ratio: 6:1 to 7:1
Beds: 22 beds on each unit

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Meditech

Preferred

Meditech experience

Additional Notes

Must be able to schedule to facility needs
