Description
Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse
Overview
- Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin
- Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic
- Employment type: Travel/contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Start dates: 8/15 or 8/24
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8 day shifts
- Hours: 40 per week
Responsibilities
- Phone triage
- Patient education
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Medication refills
- Medication prior authorizations
- Communicating diagnostic results
- Transitional care management
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Clinic experience within the last year
- 1 year of clinic experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

- Local candidates are accepted
- 2 professional references are required and must be verified within 2 years of start
