Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse

Overview

Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin
Setting: Outpatient family medicine clinic
Employment type: Travel/contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Start dates: 8/15 or 8/24
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8 day shifts
Hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities

Phone triage
Patient education
Assisting with minor procedures
Medication refills
Medication prior authorizations
Communicating diagnostic results
Transitional care management

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Clinic experience within the last year
1 year of clinic experience
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

Local candidates are accepted
2 professional references are required and must be verified within 2 years of start
