Description
MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse
Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Clarksdale, Mississippi
- Night shift
- 13-week contract
- Telemetry/medical-surgical unit
- Patient ratio: 1:6
- Schedule rotates between 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Mississippi
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- NURSYS verification for RNs
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- Signed job description
- Signed computer access request form
- Completed application/resume
- Required background screening and state/federal checks
- Required health screening and immunization documentation
- Required references and skills checklist
Unit Details
- The unit staffs 2 RNs with CNA support up to a census of 12
- When census is 8 or less, RN/LPN team nursing may be used
