Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)

1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months

Assignment Details

May float within the same discipline across local campuses
Interdisciplinary team role providing professional and clinical care to patients
Deconditioned, post-op, and post-hospitalization patient population
Orientation occurs every Monday
Traveler will be required to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day

Preferred

At least 1 completed travel contract
