Job Overview
- Location: Kingman, Arizona
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, 3x12 hours
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Call: Rotating call
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Arizona
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, plus annual TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
- Hepatitis B titer, declination, or vaccine series
- Varicella immunity documentation
- 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
- Skills checklist, annually
