RN - PCU

Overview

Travel RN position in Richmond, Virginia
13-week contract
36 hours per week
Unit: Cardiac Telemetry

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
ACLS
Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
Telemetry experience
EKG reading experience
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience

Unit Details

25-bed unit
Typical patient ratio: 4:1
Common equipment includes an EKG machine, Hoyer lift, and LifePak

Schedule

Every 3rd Friday and Saturday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Additional Friday or Saturday shift each schedule
Holiday coverage may be needed

Work Environment

Team-oriented, positive environment
Low-probability floating to Med Surg
