Nurse Manager

Location

Sitka, Alaska

Contract

13 weeks
Monday–Friday, day shift
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alaska
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of infusion experience
Infusion experience within the last year
BLS
Experience in supervisory roles

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree
ACLS
PALS
NRP

Role Summary

Nurse manager responsible for oversight of nursing operations, staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, compliance, and staff leadership
May assume Acting Chief Nursing Officer responsibilities in the CNO’s absence

Additional Notes

No RTO during the first 13-week contract
Housing and transportation are not provided by the facility and would be at additional cost
Start date depends on fingerprint processing and may be delayed if cards are not submitted promptly
Applicants must live at least 50+ miles from the facility address
