Infusion Nurse Infusion Specialty Location unspecified. This position involves providing specialized infusion care within a healthcare organization, with responsibilities including leadership, clinical oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires a proactive approach to patient care and team management.

Job Details

  • Certifications, Education, and Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. AK license required at time of submittal. 5 years professional nursing experience. Minimum 2 years as staff RN in immunotherapy/CHEMO. 1 year with supervisory responsibilities required. ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provides oversight for clinical operations, including staff orientation, performance evaluation, and patient care assignments. Coordinates nursing services and monitors compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements. Assists in training and career development of staff, partners with Education and Human Resources. Maintains departmental goals, manages supplies and equipment, and prepares staffing schedules. Supports organizational strategies and promotes excellence standards. Fulfills delegated assignments during hospital emergencies and participates in nurse executive activities and meetings.
