Role Summary
Clinic-based RN patient care coordinator role supporting foregut surgery patients in an ambulatory setting. Responsibilities include care coordination, assessment and triage, medication management, clinical support, medical record review, protocol-based follow-up, scheduling support, monitoring diagnostic results, and quality review participation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- 2 years of clinic experience
- Clinic experience within the last year
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Additional Notes
- Candidate must be fully available to complete compliance requirements before start date.
- Government-issued photo ID is required on the first day for badge issuance.
- A valid physical exam, fit mask clearance, TB screening, drug screening, immunization documentation, references, and skills checklist are part of pre-start compliance.
