PACU RN Travel Contract

Location

Abingdon, Virginia

Schedule

Day shift
4x10-hour shifts
9:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Rotational weekend call

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (1 year of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Orientation

16 hours of nonbillable orientation
General orientation begins on Sundays and includes online CBLs

Additional Notes

One shift may be canceled or called off biweekly without financial penalty if census decreases
Additional shifts above the work commitment may be flexed as needed for census or staffing changes without penalty
Expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside clinical care
