Description
ICU RN Flex Team Night Shift
Location
- Springfield, Massachusetts
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
Job Setting
- ICU float position
- Floats to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC
- 32-bed medical ICU with neuro critical care patients
- Expected patient ratio: 1:2, or 1:1 when acuity requires
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a Level 1 ICU, or 2 years of MICU experience
- NIHSS
- BLS
- ACLS
- Massachusetts staffing license for the agency
Clinical Experience
- Experience with sepsis, ESRD, AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure
Additional Notes
- Must be outside a 90-mile radius from the facility
- 48-hour contracts may be accommodated
- Strong ICU background preferred
- New graduates may be too new for this unit
