Cardiac Cath Lab RN Travel Assignment
Overview
- Travel RN role in a cardiac cath lab
- Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, 0700–1730
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience (2 years)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Electrophysiology Lab experience
Preferred Qualifications
- RCIS
- CVRN
Key Responsibilities / Experience
- Circulating cardiac cath and structural cases
- Working knowledge of cath lab equipment, procedures, and moderate sedation
- Preferred experience scrubbing with the physician
- Preferred previous experience monitoring cases
Unit Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab
- Standard cardiac cath and structural cases
- Possible floating to EP Lab
- Call shifts up to 14 per month, with a standard range of 10–12 shifts per month
- Navy, royal blue, or gray scrubs required
