Respiratory Therapist

Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Montana
- Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- Proficiency with invasive and noninvasive ventilation
- Airway management
Preferred Experience
- NICU experience
- Experience with invasive and noninvasive ventilation
- Airway management experience
- ABG sampling and analysis experience
- Emergency response experience
- Experience with Drager ventilators and high-frequency oscillators
- Familiarity with Cerner documentation
Role Overview
- Acute care respiratory therapy for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
- Expected to participate in rounds, respond to codes, and manage ventilators independently
- May float across ICU, PCU, NICU, ED, Med/Surg, Ortho/RNU, L&D, and PACU
Additional Notes
- Orientation is biweekly on Mondays
- Travelers must be 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered
- Orientation typically lasts 2–3 shifts
- NICU/OR requires hospital scrubs to be worn
