PACU RN Travel/Contract Job
Location
- Indianapolis, Indiana
Schedule
- Day shift
- 4x10 hours
- 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Work Setting
- Level 1 trauma center
- Fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- PACU operates 24/7
- Average daily census: 65–85
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Neurology experience
- Orthopedics experience
- Thoracic Surgery experience
- Urology experience
- Plastic Surgery experience
- Pediatrics experience
- Experience with Cerner
Schedule Requirements
- 12–24 hours of call per 6-week period
- 1 holiday shift during the contract
Additional Notes
- Candidates with permanent residence in Indiana are considered local travelers
- Must be comfortable working in a large, fast-paced facility
