Description
Case Manager RN
Location
- Anchorage, Alaska
Assignment Details
- Travel/contract role
- Starts ASAP
- 13-week contract
- Day shift, 5x8 hours
- Shift times may vary between 0700–1530, 0730–1600, 0800–1630, or 0830–1700
- First-time travelers accepted
- Every other weekend required, or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule
- Floating within scope may be required
- Block scheduling is not accommodated
- Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- One time-off request of 5 days or less is allowed per 13-week assignment
- No holiday time off for auto offer
- Guaranteed hours: 72 per 2 weeks, with up to 1 call-off shift per 2 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alaska
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Case Management (1 year of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- ACM certification

Anchorage is a unique city surrounded by 5,000-foot-high peaks in the south-central part of Alaska along the Cook Inlet, where abundant salmon and whales swim through.
