GI Lab Travel/Contract Nurse

Overview

Location: Arlington, Virginia
Specialty: Registered Nurse
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
Hours per week: 40
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
GI Lab experience within the last year
GI Lab (1 year of experience)
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Certifications

ACLS
NIH Stroke Certification

Required Health and Compliance Items

Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
Fit test within the last 12 months
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
TB questionnaire
Drug screen within 30 days of start
Color blindness testing
Core Part I, II, and III
HIPAA form and core testing
Annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption
Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation

Additional Notes

Must carry photo identification during hours of service to the client
Must complete facility onboarding documents and acknowledgements before start
EPIC training is required onsite for this role
