GI Lab Travel/Contract Nurse
Overview
- Location: Arlington, Virginia
- Specialty: Registered Nurse
- Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- GI Lab experience within the last year
- GI Lab (1 year of experience)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Required Certifications
- ACLS
- NIH Stroke Certification
Required Health and Compliance Items
- Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
- Fit test within the last 12 months
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire
- Drug screen within 30 days of start
- Color blindness testing
- Core Part I, II, and III
- HIPAA form and core testing
- Annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption
- Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation
Additional Notes
- Must carry photo identification during hours of service to the client
- Must complete facility onboarding documents and acknowledgements before start
- EPIC training is required onsite for this role
