ICU RN Travel Assignment

Unit Overview

ICU
25 beds
Patient ratio: 1:2
Self-scheduling
Work every 3rd weekend
Floating: may float to telemetry to take patients; other floating assignments are as helper/resource

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Critical Care Experience

Preferred Experience

Neuro experience
Trauma experience

Unit Details

Documentation system: MediTech
Equipment includes Alaris pumps and GE monitors
Procedures include open heart recovery, bedside cardioversions, bronchoscopy, CRRT, and Impella

Additional Notes

Patient experience expectation: AIDET
Dress code: royal blue scrubs
Strong collaborative teamwork environment
