Travel Registered Nurse Job Summary

Overview

Specialty: Registered Nurse

Unit: Recently expanded Emergency Department
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Details

The unit has 6 beds, with 1 nurse caring for the assignment.
Patient population includes observation patients and placement needs, with widely varying acuity and diagnoses.
Floating is required to MedSurg, ICU/PCU, and ED when TCU has no patients.

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Missouri
BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association or United States Department of Defense
Stepdown (2 years of experience)
Stepdown experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Transitional Care Unit experience
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
ED - Emergency Department experience

Additional Notes

All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application.
Previous staff or permanent employees are not accepted.
