Job Overview
- Location: Margate, Florida
- Employment type: Travel
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- 2 years of Case Management experience
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
Unit Details
- Case management unit
- Estimated patient ratio: RN 1:25, SW 1:40
- Staff mix includes RN and social work
- Documentation systems used: Meditech, Midas, Wellsky
