Acute Care Float RN

Location

• Mountain Home, Arkansas

Schedule

• Night shift
• 3x12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in Arkansas
• 2 years of float experience
• Float experience within the last year
• Stepdown experience
• Critical Care Float experience
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred

Unit / Assignment Details

• Float position
• May support ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units
• May care for pediatric patients when floated to the ER, depending on RN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Lead within the nursing team
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care
