Job Overview

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Hazard, Kentucky
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Thursday–Saturday and Wednesday–Saturday; 36/48 schedule for the 2-week pay period
Shift: Night, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Kentucky
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (CT)
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Work Expectations

Float within scope of practice
Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; locals are not accepted

Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements

Flu vaccination is required; declinations are not accepted
Medical and religious flu exemptions may be approved case by case
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
Driver’s license and ARH cover sheet are required in the submission packet
References: 2 references within 1 year of start, with at least one from a supervisor or higher
Work history verification for the past 7 years is required
Kentucky vulnerable adult maltreatment registry verification is required within 30 days prior to start
Background checks, education verification, drug testing, TB screening, physical exam, fit mask, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap, MMR immunity, hepatitis B status, varicella immunity, and other facility health/compliance documents are required before start
