Mammography Tech
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- No call
Required Qualifications
- Mammography Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- Current and valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
- BLS certification, current and issued by AHA or ARC
- ARRT (R)(M) certification, verified within 30 days of start
- High school diploma, GED, or higher level of education verified by transcript or diploma
- State license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- NURSYS verification required within 30 days prior to start
- 25 supervised mammograms completed during ARRT certification
- 2 former direct supervisor references
- 10-year work history verification
- Current resume covering the last 7 years of employment, including explanations for gaps greater than 30 days
Health, Screening, and Compliance Requirements
- 7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start, updated annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and OFAC checks required within 30 days of start and updated monthly
- Negative 8-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
- Fit testing completed onsite
- TB screening or chest X-ray required
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required by facility timeline
- COVID vaccination is strongly preferred; declination accepted
- Hepatitis B documentation required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required
- Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation required
- HIPAA and OSHA acknowledgement required
- Code of ethical business conduct acknowledgement required
- Policy acknowledgement form required
- Confidentiality and information access agreement required
- Drug and alcohol-free workplace policy acknowledgement required
- Oklahoma Offender Registration Act form required
- Oklahoma medical treatment law form required
- Vehicle information form required
- Utility bill in the candidate’s name with matching address, dated within the last 3 months, showing residence more than 75 miles from the facility
- Oklahoma Screen and DHS clearance required where applicable
Additional Notes
- Patient Care Orientation Class is required for all RNs, but this role is a Mammography Tech position
- EPIC class is required only if there has been no EPIC experience within the last 6 months
