Job Overview

Location: Lee’s Summit, Missouri
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 40
Unit: Surgery, Main OR
Call: 2–6 days per month

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Experience with Meditech

Clinical Details

Patient ratio: 1 RN to 1 patient
Procedures include ortho, spine, vascular, general surgery, colorectal, robotic, GYN, and ENT
Strong vascular skills are preferred

Work Environment

5 ORs
Typical daily staffing includes 5–6 RNs, 6 techs, 1 anesthesia tech, and 1 OR analyst
Standard OR equipment
No floating
No patient experience requirements

Additional Notes

Hospital provides scrubs
