Job Overview

Location: Lexington, Virginia
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Hours: 40 per week
Weekend coverage: Once per month
Setting: Primarily outpatient, with some acute care coverage

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ARRT(R)
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or Master's degree
Experience in a(n) Outpatient setting
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Additional Job Details

Epic experience preferred
First-time travelers are not accepted
Local candidates are not accepted
May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract
Requests for time off must be included with the submission
Facility may call off one shift per two weeks
