Job Overview

• Location: Ronceverte, West Virginia

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in West Virginia
• CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT certification

Submission Requirements

• Candidate profile/work history
• Specialty-specific skills checklist
• Minimum 2 manager/charge references from the past 2 years
• Copy of all required certifications
• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check
• Competency exam
• Skills checklist annually

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 1 year of start, then annually
• Tdap within the past 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 3 months of start
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required for all candidates
• COVID documentation is preferred but not required

Additional Notes

• Learning modules must be completed before start
• Vaccine exemption forms are required if requesting a medical, religious, or vaccination exemption
• Onsite flu vaccination is available at no cost to the candidate
