Description
Med/Surg Tele RN
Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Lebanon, Indiana
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Ratio: 1:5
- First-time travelers accepted
- Locals accepted if living within 50 miles of the hospital
- May be placed on call
- May float based on unit/hospital needs
- Minimum 3 weekends in a 6-week period
- No more than 5 days of RTO
- If called in for a shift, traveler must pick up another shift to make up for the call-in
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- Ambulatory experience
- Med/Surg experience
Additional Notes
- PALS is required before start
- Charting system: Meditech
- Facility type: Short term acute care
- Total staffed beds: 78
- Scrub color: any color, professional attire expected
