Description
Registered Nurse – Med/Surg/Telemetry
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Lebanon, Indiana
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Patient ratio: 1:5
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
Schedule / Assignment Expectations
- Minimum 3 weekends in a 6-week period
- May be placed on call
- May be floated based on unit or hospital needs
- If called in for a shift, the traveler must pick up another shift to make up the call-in
- No more than 5 days of requested time off
Preferred Experience
- Ambulatory experience
- Med/Surg experience preferred
Additional Notes
- Scrub color: any color, professional appearance expected
- Charting system: Meditech
