CVOR Tech

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Greenville, South Carolina
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:00–16:30
Contract length: 13 weeks
On-call required after shift hours Friday–Sunday during scheduled weeks
Floating required; may float to other units/campuses based on census and training, and may float to Main OR if CVOR volume is low
Unit volume: average of 3 hearts/day

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist with 2 years of experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CST
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
First Assist roles experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical Skills / Procedures

Aortic Aneurysm repair
Atherectomy
ASD repair
Cardiomyoplasty
CABG
ECMO
Mitral valve replacement
Pericardial window
VAD management

Scheduling Notes

Must take call at least two days each week and 1–2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on need
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
All RTO, block, and special scheduling requests must be included with submission and are subject to facility approval at booking
