IMU RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Lynchburg, Virginia
Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
Contract length: 13 weeks
60-mile radius rule applies
Biweekly orientation on Mondays
Travelers float first as needed

Unit / Setting

Intermediate care unit
Floats to Intermediate and MedSurg units

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Stepdown experience within the last year
1 year of Stepdown experience
One completed travel assignment
Med Surg experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
RN license verification via NURSYS
Minimum 2 manager/charge references within the past 2 years
Candidate profile/work history
Specialty-specific skills checklist
Copy of all required certifications in the submittal packet

Preferred

2–3 years minimum overall experience

Additional Notes

Pending certifications may be considered
Scrubs may be any color; professional appearance required
