RN NICU Variable Shift

Role Summary

Registered Nurse in a collaborative care setting, responsible for assessing patient needs, initiating appropriate interventions, and providing patient and family education.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Montana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
STABLE
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
Labor and Delivery experience
ED - Emergency Department experience
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

Additional Assignment Details

36 hours per week
Facility may cancel 3 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or other unforeseen circumstances

Education / Competency Expectations

Initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education within 1 year of hire
1 hour annually of cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education
Compliance with policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines for hyperacute and acute stroke care
