Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

Role Overview

• Travel/Contract surgical services role in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
• Day shift: 5x8s, 7:00–15:30.
• Call is on rotation, with about 1 weekend every 3–4 weeks.
• Start dates listed: 9/21, 10/5, 10/10, 10/19.
• 13-week contract.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience.
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• NBSTSA.

Experience / Clinical Background

• Experience with robotic surgery using DaVinci Xi.
• Experience with general, colorectal, urology, and OB/GYN cases.
• Heavy orthopedic case mix, including total joints, sports medicine, spine, and neuro.
• Works across all areas; no set specialty teams.
• Specialties listed include ENT, eye, plastic, podiatry, ortho, spine, neuro, general, OB/GYN, and urology.

Scheduling / Call

• Call coverage is rotated among 2 call teams during the week and 1 team on weekends.
• Any requested time off that falls on a call day must be covered by the employee.
