CT Tech
Overview
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 2p-10p
- Call: None
- Holidays: Required
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Locals accepted: Yes, at a lower rate
Required Qualifications
- Experience: CT Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Recent experience: CT Technologist experience within the last year
- Certifications: BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association, ARRT (CT)
- License: Valid CT Technologist license in Wisconsin
- Prior travel experience: One completed travel assignment
Additional Requirements
- 7-year background check required within 1 year of start, including SS, Trace, County searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school, Nationwide, and Sex Offender searches
- Wisconsin Caregiver Search Results required within 90 days of start
- 2 professional references verified within 2 years of start
- Photo for badge required
- Confidentiality statement required prior to start
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
- Drug testing required within 14 days of start
- Flu vaccination or exemption required during flu season
- Skills checklist required annually
- Competency exam required as applicable to profession/specialty
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable to profession
