Travel/Contract role in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Start date: 11/09
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
36 hours per week
Holidays required
No call

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Wisconsin
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARRT (CT)
7-year background check
Wisconsin Caregiver Search Results
2 professional references verified within 2 years of start
Photo for badge
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug testing within 14 days of start
Flu vaccine or approved exemption during flu season
Skills Checklist 1
Competency Exam
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

Preferred
