Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Charlotte, North Carolina
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
• Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 36 hours per week
• Call required, with a 6–7 week call rotation
• No float requirement
• Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (CT)
• ARRT (R)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
• Experience in a(n) Pediatric ER/ED setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Adult Outpatient
• Pediatric Outpatient
• 3D rendering experience
• Vascular CTA

Clinical Setting

• Adult Acute Care
• Emergency Department
• Pediatric Acute Care

Skills and Procedures

• Abdomen and pelvis CT with and without contrast
• Chest CT without and/or with contrast
• Vascular chest imaging, including pulmonary embolism, CTA, and aorta
• Head and neck imaging, including carotid, head with and/or without contrast, sinuses, soft tissue neck, and trauma head
• Spine and musculoskeletal imaging, including cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, and thoracic
• Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP)
• Region of interest measurement (ROI)
• Isolation precautions
• Contrast media preparation and/or administration
• Radiation safety
• Starting peripheral IVs
• Venipuncture

Schedule Notes

• Blocked schedule
• Orientation is 10 hours
• Scrubs are royal blue and not provided
• EPIC and email are used for unit systems
