Patient population: general

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Case Management (2 years of experience)
Case Management experience within the last year
Acute Rehab Experience
Utilization Review experience
Rehabilitation experience

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Case Management or Rehabilitation
Minimum of 2 years’ social work or case management experience in an inpatient setting
Acute/rehabilitation hospital experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Cooperative, team-oriented personality
