MS/Tele
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 on days/eves; 1:6 or 1:7 on nights
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing

- Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam
- Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
- Competency Exam
- Color Blind Testing Online within 1 year of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit testing using 3M N95 Model 1860
- Tdap vaccine
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- Positive titers required for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Annual COVID vaccination or approved exemption
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- 2 recent work references
- Skills checklist annually
- Government-issued photo ID
- Emergency contact form
- CORI release
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
