Medical Surgical RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Wilmington, North Carolina
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:45–19:15
36 hours per week
Target ratio: 1:5–6
Floating required
Weekend requirement: 12–16 per contract
RTO after booking is not allowed; additional RTO or call-offs may lead to cancellation and DNR
Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Must pass EKG Testing prior to start
Must be available for hospital orientation classes each day during week one

Medical/Surgical unit with telemetry-remote monitoring
Isolation area for COVID patients
Multi-level care includes stepdown, but stepdown patients are cared for by stepdown staff, not M/S staff
